Thank you for your order! We offer free shipping with PostNL. Shipping with PostNL takes about 1-2 business days. Please note that shipping during holidays (f.e. Christmas) can take a little longer. All the items will be sent in a box that fits through the postal slide, which means you don’t have to be home for the order to be delivered.

Please be aware that PostNL doesn’t deliver on Sundays and Mondays.

There's a possibility that your package has been delayed by the carrier. We recommend that you first check your track and trace code. This will tell you what the status of your delivery is. Items, Materials & Care

All the items are made of the best quality 925 Sterling Silver and plated with an 18K gold layer. All the items are 100% nickel free. Given that, some of our vendors DO use nickel on other non-Rebelle products. If it seems that your skin reacts to your new Rebelle item, please contact the Customer Support Team and we will find a solution.

As hard as it may be to be apart with your Rebelle jewelry, to preserve the function of your precious pieces, please take them off before you take a shower, go swimming, or go to sleep. Also, the usage of perfume, oils and lotions on the jewelry can affect the silver material or gold layer. 

NB! Our items are made of the best quality 925 Sterling Silver and plated with an 18K gold layer. This is and remains a layer and can wear out over time.

No, unfortunately it’s not possible to adjust the size of a ring. The rings are made in four (US) sizes: 5, 6, 7 and 8. There are also rings available which you can adjust the size yourself. You can find our size guide in our FAQ under "Size Guide".

My order

After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email in your mailbox within a few minutes. As soon as we receive your order, we will pack your order and send it out within a few hours, except for weekends and Holidays. When we have sent your package you will receive an email with the track and trace code to track your order.

We strive to send out your order as quickly as we can, therefore it’s not always possible to cancel your order. This also applies to changes in the delivery method, delivery address and payment method.

Shopping at Rebelle Amsterdam is safe and reliable. You can pay with the following payment methods:

Klarna

iDeal

With iDeal you can pay online through the familiar online payment environment of your own bank. The purchase amount is directly debited from your bank account and the order is immediately approved.

PayPal

You can link your bank account or credit card and pay with your PayPal account in just a few clicks. The order will be processed immediately after payment.

Credit Card

You can pay with MasterCard, VISA, or American Express. Just choose your affiliated credit card company when you want to pay for your order. Follow the steps in the familiar online environment of the credit card company. Your order will be approved immediately.

Bancontact/ Mister Cash

You can pay with Bancontact and Mister Cash. Follow the online instructions with your digipass or card reader. Your order will be approved immediately.

Apple Pay

Apple Pay lets you make purchases on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Just follow the online instructions. The purchase amount is directly debited from your bank account and the order is immediately approved.

You can track your return via the track and trace in your email. Once your return has been received by us, we will refund it and send you an email to confirm.

Please keep in mind that it takes about 5 days, after we have received your return, for the amount to be refunded to the account of the chosen payment method.

If you have not received an email or refund after the mentioned time frame above, please contact our Customer Service Team via contact@rebelleamsterdam.nl. Please include your original order number, which items you returned, when you returned them and your tracking number or proof of shipping in the message.

Giftcard & gifts

Not sure what to get? It’s possible to order a (online) Gift card!
After you have found all your favorite items a shopping cart overview will appear where you can apply your Rebelle discount code or gift card code.
All our orders will be delivered in a beautifully packed and wrapped box. This means your order is always in a gift packaging, no matter if it’s for you or for someone else.
